The Podcast Suite - Studio with Media Crew & Camera Kit

Client provides a minimum 1-2 TB hard drive to copy the RAW files.

Client prepares and provides a structured outline of the podcast episode, listing segments, topics, and durations to ensure a smooth, organized, and engaging recording.
Typical elements include an intro, main discussion points, ad breaks, and a conclusion.
It serves as a living document (often in a Google Doc or spreadsheet) to guide the host, guests and media crew through the episode without requiring a full word-for-word script.

Post-production (video editing, color grading, audio mixing, photo retouching) is quoted separately upon custom request.

Booked timings include both bump-in and bump-out.

Client provides the following if needed in the project and upon client’s discretion:
line producer, creative director, film / video director, art director, set designer, hair and make-up artist, wardrobe stylist,
models / talents, wardrobes and additional props.
